ANGUILLA - small Caribbean island and a quiet place full of white sandy beaches, great dining and friendly people.

The island is very close to St. Martin/Maarten, so there are many options for getting here and lots to see when you arrive.

ANGUILLA is island of beaches. There are 33 beaches on this tiny island. And these are not ordinary ones. They are spectacular, uncrowded and second to none. Mead's Bay and Shoal Bay are two of the finest beaches in the Caribbean.

Why to visit Anguilla

ANGUILLA - small Caribbean island and a quiet place full of white sandy beaches, great dining and friendly people.

The island is very close to St. Martin/Maarten, so there are many options for getting here and lots to see when you arrive.

ANGUILLA is island of beaches. There are 33 beaches on this tiny island. And these are not ordinary ones. They are spectacular, uncrowded and second to none. Mead's Bay and Shoal Bay are two of the finest beaches in the Caribbean.

Besides well known beaches you can find secret ones. Mimi Bay is a classic hidden spot in Anguilla - down the end of a long, obscure, dirt road, suddenly you come to a romantic beach, as in la swept away, wild and unspoiled. The closest house is a kilometer away. The size is nice - about 500 meters long - and the sand is nice. No services and no shade. Mimi Bay is the perfect place to commune with nature

ANGUILLA is the birthplace of Robert Athlyi Rogers, author of The Holy Piby which has still a large influence on Rastafarian beliefs.

Thera are many missing things on ANGUILLA which – we hope - you will see as advantage:

No crowds, no cruise ships, no jumbo jets, and beaches all to yourself.

No mountains means less clouds and more sunshine.

No McDonald´s or other chains or franchises so you eat local food and you eat bloody well.

Plan your holiday on ANGUILLA and you will be in a good society. Many celebrities spend their vacation here. Among them Robin Williams, Robert De Niro, Liam Neeson, Ethan Hawk, or Uma Thurman.

Despite all the glitz...it's the friendliness and hospitality of its people that make ANGUILLA so enjoyable.
