Jerusalem (click for more information)
Enter the Old City in Jerusalem, where there you can see the Jaffa Tower; there is The Museum of Jerusalem in David’s Tower. Jerusalem is the meeting city of three monotheistic religions: Islam, Judaism and Christianity. You have to be careful how much you take from Jerusalem; because you could take more then you can bear. This city you will never find grey. Jerusalem deserves time to spend in his crooked streets and historical squares.

Why to visit Israel

Israel is one of the cradles of humankind; thanks to its rich history, many ancient and holy sites and antique cities are to be found there. Israel is climatically and geographically diversified. In winter one can also ski at the Golan Heights on the north, while in summer one can swim and sunbath at the Mediterranean or the Dead Sea. Israel is located in the Middle East in the narrow region connecting Africa and Asia, it has its boarders with Lebanon to the north, with Syria to the northeast, Jordan to the east, Egypt to the south, however the boarders with the Palestinian Autonomy (Gaza Strip and West Bank) have changed many times since the establishment of the state of Israel (1948). But from the year 1968 and the Six Day War, these boarders have not changed in a radical way. With an area of 20,770 square km Israel is inhabited by 6.43 million people (Israel Central Bureau of Statistics, 2006) which causes an approximate population density 317.9 per sq km. Official languages of Israel are Hebrew and Arabic, but also other languages as, English, French, Spanish, German, Yiddish, Russian, Polish and Hungarian are widely spoken.

People traveling to Israel are very curious about religious history of this ‘Holy Land’. Experience Israel’s sites, country side, nightlife, Arab markets and the unforgettable atmosphere made by ethnic and religious mosaic. After visiting Israel you will get a glow of satisfaction.
