Myanmar (Burma): Mount Popa

The extinct volcano is situated at the central Myanmar. It is the most important centre of worshipping Nat Gods - the Burman ancient animist spirits. The slopes of Mount Popa are covered by a forest rich in species of trees, flowering plants and herbs. There are also many monkeys.
