 Papeete is a colorful city full of life and laughter. The heart of the city is a public market, where you can get besides food, living animals or flowers also beautiful pieces of Tahitian handicraft. In the streets you can watch singers, musicians, dancers or working artisants - Tahitian native culture lives everywhere in the city. Interesting places to see are a museum dedicated only to pearls or waterfront harbor.
